    COVID-19 ANTIBODIES TEST that has FDA EUA (Emergency Use Authorization)

    A COVID-19 antibody test, also known as a serology test, is a blood test that is performed to detect the presence of antibodies to SARS-CoV-2, the virus that causes COVID-19. This test can help physicians determine whether or not a patient has previously been infected with the SARS-CoV-2 virus. These antibody tests are not designed to diagnose COVID-19 in patients. Patients who test positive for antibodies to SARS-CoV-2 should continue taking safety measures to protect themself from the virus.


    Our facility offers drive-thru testing for COVID-19 to limit the contact of those who have been exposed to this highly contagious virus. Patients who utilize our drive-thru testing facility will be required to stay inside of their vehicles throughout their visit. One of our healthcare providers will insert a thin, flexible stick with cotton at the tip into both of your nostrils to collect a mucus sample. You will be contacted with the results of your tests within 3-5 days.


    If you are currently experiencing the symptoms of COVID-19, have been in contact with someone that has a confirmed case of COVID-19, or have specifically been asked to get tested by your healthcare provider, you should be tested for COVID-19. After you have been tested, you should minimize contact with others by self-isolating until you receive your test results. If you do test positive, your healthcare provider will give you information and resources on how to monitor your symptoms.

    FREE COVID-19 TEST (Cares Act)

    The CARES Act

    Urgent Care for Kids/Virtual Care for Families is making sure ALL families are able to have an active COVID-19 or antibody test, with or without insurance.


    Under the CARES Act (Coronavirus Aid Relief & Economic Security Act), we are able to provide FREE care to uninsured families of all ages for active COVID-19 and antibody testing. This covers the telemedicine visit, the testing costs at our clinics, as well as the third-party lab costs through Quest or CPL labs (Quest and CPL labs are covering their costs for uninsured families who need COVID-19/antibody testing).


    To participate in this government program, you meet the requirements to the terms and conditions.

    • Patient must have a Social Security Number or equivalent
    • By completing this form, you confirm that you DO NOT have private insurance of any kind.
    • You are NOT enrolled in any government medical insurance programs such as Medicaid and Medicare.
    • You are above the age of 18 and this medical visit is for you alone OR you are filling this form out as a parent, guardian, or legal custodian of a child.
    • The United States CARES Act only covers costs associated with COVID-19 Screenings and labs related to COVID-19. CARES Act DOES NOT cover medications prescribed associated with the telemedicine visit or lab tests not related to COVID-19.
    • If you have any form of insurance but do not want to use that insurance, you are NOT ELIGIBLE for this free visit.
    • You agree to have your information verified and be billed at full price if your information is falsified.
